Delivery Service: Postal Service ( USPS ).
Estimated Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping service that you select at checkout. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed by our warehouse.

Most orders usually ship within 1 Business Day.
* These are approximate transit times for shipments within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. Orders are shipped from Cleveland Ohio.

Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. The day that your order ships and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered transit days or delivery days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the outlying U.S.Territory Islands may require an additional day(s).

** Packages that are shipped by USPS Express Mail will require a signature at time of delivery. Rush Delivery Options are only available to physical adresses (no PO Boxes) within the 48 contiguous states. Rush Delivery Options to addresses not in the 48 contiguous states are not guaranteed. Rush Deliveries are delivered M-F excluding holidays.

For shipping to areas not within the contiguous 48 states we recommend that you choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.

Please note: If we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other outlying U.S.Territory Islands and you choose Parcel Select as your shipping option, it may take up to 3-6 weeks for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – PLEASE NOTE: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. The declared value for customs purposes is the price paid for your order, less any shipping charges. Please note that understating the value for customs in order to avoid import duties and taxes is a violation of international law, and is a practice we choose not to engage in.

We take pride in carrying high quality items that we feel you will be pleased with. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please send an email by visiting our Contact Us page within 25 Days of receiving your item(s) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To better serve your concerns, also include the reason for the return.

Returned items must be postmarked within 3 business days of receiving the RMA. Merchandise must be in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. You are also responsible for the return shipping cost. Items that are returned to us in used or in unsellable condition will be donated to charity and will not receive a credit. Returns received back to our warehouse 20 days or more after the date that the RMA was issued will not receive any type of credit.

Party Zone USA is not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. The buyer assumes all responsibility in shipping the items back. It is recommended that all returns be shipped back with a delivery confirmation and insurance.

- Piñata filler and piñata accessory pack

- Balloons and balloon weights
- Themed party lights
- Custom printed items including banners
- Personalized items
- Inflatable centerpieces and inflatable party favors/toys
- Seasonal party supplies such as graduation and holiday items
- Clearance and/or special order items
- Large quantities that must be special ordered
- Case quantity piñatas must return the complete case for a refund, partial cases will not be accepted
- Items purchased as a party package cannot be returned separately.
The complete party package must be returned to receive credit.

All returns, refused, undeliverable and unclaimed shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee in addition to inbound and out bound shipping charges. Any package that requires an address correction after order has been shipped due to customer providing the wrong information will incur an address correction fee of $18.00.

Please include your name and order number when sending your return to ensure proper credit. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and send to:
